1. Overview

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your participation in the Welcome Dose Specialty Coffee subscription service ("Service"). By subscribing, you agree to these Terms.

2. Subscription Inclusions

Your subscription includes recurring deliveries of freshly roasted coffee based on your selected:

  • Coffee type (e.g., blend or single origin)

  • Quantity (e.g., 250g or 1kg)

  • Delivery frequency (weekly, fortnightly, or monthly)

3. Payment & Billing

Payments are processed automatically using your nominated payment method. You will be charged:

  • In advance of each shipment

  • Based on the current subscription price at the time of billing

4. Price Changes

We may review and update subscription pricing periodically. If we change your price:

  • You’ll receive at least 14 days’ notice by email

  • We’ll include the new price, effective date, and a link to update or cancel your subscription

  • If you don’t cancel before the new price takes effect, your next charge will reflect the updated rate

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship Australia-wide. Shipping fees (if any) are shown at checkout. We roast fresh and aim to dispatch promptly, but delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service.

6. Managing Your Subscription

You can manage your subscription at any time via the Manage Subscription link in your confirmation or reminder emails. You can:

  • Pause or skip a delivery

  • Update quantity, frequency, or product

  • Cancel at any time

Changes must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled charge to take effect.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not offer refunds on dispatched orders. If there’s an issue with your delivery (e.g., incorrect item or damaged goods), contact us within 7 days and we’ll help resolve it.

You can cancel your subscription any time at no cost.

8. Fair Use Policy

We reserve the right to cancel subscriptions if we believe the service is being misused (e.g., fraud, resale without agreement, abuse of introductory offers).

9. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and communicated by email when relevant. Continued use of the subscription service after updates means you accept the new Terms.
